At Damskø Bikes, we want you to be absolutely happy with you new bike! If you do experience any problem with your bike, please take a minute and read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under the Damskø warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty includes any defects in material as well as any defects in workmanship under normal use of the bike.

What will we do to correct problems?

Damskø Bikes will either repair the bike at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Or, in case the situation requires another solution, we can reimburse costs made at your local bike shop.

How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for bikes sold online is 3 months from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover theft or loss of a bike.
